Fit 4 Life Exercise Program
Fit 4 Life is a facility wide strength training program, based on the principles of exercise physiology, or how the body adapts to exercise stimulus. Trained staff offer exercise classes throughout the day in a small group setting which is designed to improve or maintain one’s strength and balance. The goal of these classes are to promote independence in caring for oneself. These classes are also a great opportunity for socialization!
